Bernadette Washington is an Elder (licensed minister) under John Veal Ministries and earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Masters in Human Resource Development. She has worked in Higher Education for nine years, advising students academically and financially. Her candid and authentic coaching skills are ageless and sought after by many professionals and individuals. She has helped numerous individuals with creative ideas to assist them with business start-ups, ministries, and professional, spiritual, and personal development.

Bernadette is the founder and CEO of Brilliance and Royalty Group, LLC. The company has several brands: Destiny Enhancers Ministries International (DEMI), Lifework Professionals Group (LPG), BernadetteWashington.org, and Bernadette Brantley Designs. LPG was featured in the Daughters of a King Magazine Spring Edition for its expertise in customer service.
